INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that International (including Australia) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.

This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Performance Distribution will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy.

Returns

Our returns policy is simple - we will accept returns for any reason - sizing, colour, or if you've simply changed your mind. The return must come back in retail quality - unwashed, unworn and with original tags.

You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.  Please note, that return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. If your return does not meet our requirements, we will let you know and you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping to receive the garment again.


***To proceed with an SJ return, you must first email sj@shaunjohnson.co to obtain a Return Authorisation. Returns sent back without a return reference may be refused and sent back to the customer, at the customers expense***

In the event that the requested item is not available, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.

The customer will be required to pay any postage costs back to us, however we will ship back your exchange item free of charge.

Make sure you include a copy of your order confirmation email along with your contact details with the parcel.

All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.

Sale items can only be returned for store credit and unfortunately cannot be exchanged or refunded. Bundles are also considered as sale items and can only be returned in FULL in exchange for store credit. Items in a bundle cannot be returned individually as these items do not have an individual sale price.

Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to SJ. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact our Customer Care team via sj@shaunjohnson.co. Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on your replacement and how to return the item.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK

Sale items can only be returned for store credit. Bundles are also considered as sale items and can only be returned in FULL in exchange for store credit. Items in a bundle cannot be returned individually as these items do not have an individual sale price.
